Our public tracking page shows shipment status, coarse location, and estimated delivery date only. Sender and recipient names, full addresses, and internal notes are never shown publicly.

We share shipment details with the carrier handling your shipment and with 17TRACK for tracking updates, and with payment processors solely to process payment. We do not share your data with anyone else except as required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain shipment and invoice records as required for accounting and legal purposes.
