By booking a shipment with KargoPush (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
KargoPush arranges express parcel, air freight, sea/ocean freight, road freight, warehousing & fulfillment, and customs clearance services. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless stated in a signed service agreement.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Instant estimates shown on this site are non-binding and subject to confirmation by our team. Final pricing is confirmed in your invoice.
4. Payment
Invoices are itemized and tied to a specific shipment. Payment is due per the terms stated on your invoice. We do not withhold delivery of tracking information for non-payment.
5. Prohibited Items
You may not ship any item listed on our Prohibited Items page. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or return any shipment that violates this policy or applicable law.
6. Liability & Insurance
Shipments are insured as described at the time of booking. Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
